Cookie Policy

Last updated: [DATE]

This is a starting template, not finished legal text. It reflects what this site actually does technically (what data is collected, which cookies run, how accounts and applications work), but recruitment involving cross-border visa sponsorship has real regulatory requirements specific to Romania and each source country. Have this reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Romanian/EU data protection and labour law before it goes live — Claude isn't a substitute for that review.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Everything except strictly necessary cookies is off by default and only runs after you choose to allow it in the cookie banner.

Strictly necessary — always on

Required for the site to function: remembering your cookie preference itself, keeping you logged in, and basic security. These can’t be switched off, since the site can’t work without them.

Functional

Remembers display preferences and similar convenience settings. Off unless you enable it.

Performance

Google Analytics (GA4), if enabled. We use Google’s Consent Mode, which means no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google until you grant this category — before that, Google receives only anonymous, cookie-less signal at most.

Marketing

Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, if enabled. Used to measure how people arrived at this site from Facebook/Instagram or LinkedIn ads, and for remarketing. Neither script is loaded into the page at all until you grant this category — not loaded-and-paused, genuinely absent.

Managing your choice

Change your preference any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer, or by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site (which resets you to the first-visit banner). Withdrawing consent stops future data collection but doesn’t undo processing that already happened while consent was active.

Third parties

Each provider (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) is separately responsible for how it processes data once collected — see their own privacy policies for details beyond what we control.
