These terms govern your use of this website and the recruitment services offered by Romanian Gate Agency. By submitting an application, creating an account, or otherwise using this site, you agree to them.
Our services
We operate two routes:
- International sourcing — recruiting, vetting and relocating candidates from Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Kenya and Morocco, including managing the visa and travel process.
- Local placement — matching candidates already resident in Romania with employer vacancies directly.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a placement or a job offer. We act as an intermediary between candidates and employers; the final hiring decision rests with the employer.
Candidate obligations
- Information you provide (identity, qualifications, passport and visa-related details, CV contents) must be accurate and truthful.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- Providing false documentation or misrepresenting your eligibility to work may result in your application being withdrawn and, where relevant, reported to the appropriate authorities.
Employer obligations
- Vacancy details provided to us must accurately reflect the role, pay and conditions offered.
- Employers are responsible for complying with Romanian labour law in the employment relationship formed with any placed candidate.
Accounts
Accounts require email verification before activation. We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, is used fraudulently, or violates these terms.
Fees

Intellectual property
